I have yet to see any people complain about that. Liberty City Survivor is probably the worst of all the modes available in the game and offers no challenge. In fact, I like it because if I can't get more than one in a row, I can restart the game and try again. The graphics are also good on the PSP, but I can't say if they're better than those of the console release. In fact, I personally felt that the graphics were much better on the Xbox and PSP. I don't really have to repeat myself on the jump into and out of vehicles and all the other common problems seen in the console version. The game really is a remarkable port of GTA III to the PSP.
The other thing that I wasn't quite able to pick up on was the fact that there's actually only one storyline that you'll see depending on which version you buy. The console version is more extensive, but the Liberty City Stories Mobile version has its own storyline that you need to unlock from the start (admittedly not very hard). It doesn't really matter to me, since as far as I know, the only difference between the two will be the graphics (my description of how the game plays is the same no matter which version of the game you get).
If you already own a copy of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories for the Xbox, you will find that it is almost identical to the PSP version, except for improved graphics. The story is far from being simple, with many people involved in running the game's prostitution and drug businesses. It can get pretty brutal at times, with many new mechanics that haven't been seen in any previous GTA games.
