Error Windows cannot find 'shell:AppsFolder\Chris... after uninstalling Store version? At the moment the Store has no option to remove a taskschedule. So it has to be done manually until Microsoft provides a solution. Here's how to fix it. In your startmenu search for "Task Scheduler". On the left menu click on "Task Scheduler Library". In the middle a list will appear. Right click on the "TaskbarX" or "FalconX" entry and click "Delete".

The primary reason I use 7+Taskbar is to see the name of each window in a button on the taskbar. When you get to have more than a few windows open, it is important to have some convention for ordering the buttons. I like to alphabetize them, but I hate restarting the browser because I have to go through the alphabetizing process each time.

I think I may have solved this myself, I will share this in case it helps anybody else . . . as a last resort I set up a task in the task Scheduler to start Taskbar Tweaker at start-up, I also set the program to run in compatibly mode with windows 8 (I am running the latest version of Windows 10). Currently, fingers crossed, its working and Taskbar Tweaker is running at start-up once again.

7+ Taskbar Tweaker crashes explorer when I try to enable either the beta or the standard version linked above on the latest Windows 11 insider Dev Build (Build 25267). I am using StartAllBack to bring back the legacy windows 10 taskbar in my case. The error is stating the following: Could not load library (5) Library Initialization failed, perhaps your Windows version is not supported. Is there any way to get it to work? I really want to use some of its functionality..

If you mean the animated down arrow/progress bar icon described in the support article -- Where to find and manage downloaded files in Firefox -- it should be there by default. Occasionally if you end up with too many buttons/icons on the toolbar, some controls will "overflow" onto a drop-down. The button for the drop-down has a >> icon. If you find that, you can use Customize to move the download button into a more useful location.

Nova Launcher and Microsoft Launcher are some of the best third-party home screen replacements available for Android devices. Taskbar takes a different approach by providing users with a Windows-like taskbar for all their apps and games. It's placed above the navigation bar and stays on top of all other running applications.

When you download something in lets say chrome, you can see the chrome icon in the task bar have a green color go from left to right as the download progresses. Windows 7's taskbar is great, allowing previews and hover focus, but it can become difficult seeing which windows are open on which screen just from looking at the one taskbar. Dual Monitor Taskbar fixes this by putting another taskbar on the monitor that doesn't have one. This allows the user to better understand which windows are open on which screen.

Dual Monitor Taskbar fuctions almost identically to the standard Windows taskbar. Features like hover focus, show desktop, and preview still work flawlessly.

There are ton of options for Dual Monitor Taskbar. You can auto hide, show/hide the click, use large labels, change the position of the task bar, and more. You can even create rules for specific programs. There is even an option to add a second start button to Dual Monitor Taskbar, though that may be confusing.

The Dropbox icon will only appear in your system tray or menu bar if the Dropbox desktop app is downloaded to your computer and running. To resolve, you can launch the application again or download (or re-download) the Dropbox desktop app and sign in to your Dropbox account when prompted.

The Desktop, Documents, and Downloads folders are the most frequently accessed folders on a PC running any recent versions of the Windows operating system, including the latest Windows 10. With default settings, all files downloaded using web browsers are saved in the Downloads folder, which is located in the drive where Windows operating system is installed. Likewise, most users save their important files in the Documents folder. The desktop folder is also often used to save files.

There are a couple of ways to access the Downloads folder from Desktop as well as File Explorer. Either type its name in the Start menu or taskbar search box and press enter key, or open File Explorer (Windows Explorer) and then click Downloads folder located in the navigation pane or type Downloads in the address bar followed by the Enter key. If the File Explorer icon is on the taskbar, you can also right-click on it to reveal the jump list and then click Downloads.

While one can always use one of the methods mentioned above to quickly open Downloads folder, users who often need to access it might want to create a desktop shortcut for Downloads folder or pin Downloads folder to the taskbar for easy access.

In this guide, we will see how to add Downloads folder shortcut to Desktop as well as to the taskbar in Windows 10. Luckily, pinning Desktop/Documents/Downloads folder is not as complicated as pinning standard folders.

NOTE: This method can only pin Downloads, Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders to the taskbar. To pin other folders, please refer to our how to quickly pin folders to the taskbar in Windows 10 guide for step-by-step instructions.
